For me it's any form of PvP. And in PvE it's the Nahpui Quarter mission which i just love for some reason, i've got my HM completion time down to 12mins without using any cons or gimmick builds. I regularly run it for my alliance when needed as with just me and 4heros it can be done in a shade over 16mins.

Messing with hero builds never seems to get old.

Nowadays,

1.) Think of a witty character name.
2.) Roll a hammer warrior.
3.) Zone to RA.

Doesn't require organization and seriousness of some sort. No one gets butt hurt when your team loses. Just rinse and repeat.

Your tolerance level to losses should build up as you replay the arena.

In PvE, the Bonus Mission Packs.

Call me crazy, but Battle For Lion's Arch. If I see a game request, I am always compelled to join. It's fun as a monk, gives me a chance to use one of my crazy build (Zealous Benediction, woot?!?), endlessly tweaked to perfection.

I wish it was replayable, and you'd get some kind of chest at the end

I don't know why, but I have always found the Factions JQ, FA, and (when it used to be worthwhile) AB addicting. I miss AB I've maxed my Kurz title on my main account soley through AB/JQ/FA and am starting on my secondary account. Crazy... ? Yes.

And sometimes I get the itch to simply run around Pre-Searing with my perma pre character. It's just so beautiful there.

I'd say Factions, both for missions and for vanquishes. I like fast things when I'm repeating, and almost everything in the other campaigns takes too long, not to talk about dungeons. Also for some reason i really like Factions foes.

To this day I still play GvG but at the same time it pisses me off because ANet don't give 2 shits about balancing anymore. I enjoy all pve scenery so it's all replayable for me. I love guild wars art more than any other game I've ever played.

In the end it's what you enjoy most gives the most replayable value.

Other pvp formats I would probably play as well if not for bugs, balance, etc.

Since people are saying what is most boring I would say soloing prophecies campaign lol...
